A Look Into History: Nicolas Fatio de Duillier

Duillier was a Swiss mathematician who lived during the 17th-18th centuries.  He became good friends with Issac Newton who impressed him with his theory of gravity. He also played a role in the quarrel between Newton and Gottfried Leibnizr about which man first invented calculus. Nicolas gained a little fame for his explanation of zodiacal light, among smaller scientific accomplishments.
