England and Wales Approve Marriage Equality

The other day, a bill making marriage equality official has just passed British Parliament. While it won't be until mid-2014 before it is enforced. Though it doesn't cover the entire area of Great Britain as Scotland and Northern Ireland won't be affected. Scotland has a separate parliament and their strong urge of independence from Great Britain usually keeps British bills from effecting them. I hope they will pass their own bill very soon.
