Fact of the Day: British Hawaii

The State Flag of Hawaii is the only one in the country that has the British Union Jack flag in its design along with the red, white, and blue stripes. The flag is the same one used from the days when Hawaii was still a kingdom which had undergone significant British influence.

  10. If I ever get to Hawaii, I am going to have to buy a little replica and bring it home to my girls. They are fascinated with all things British and would get a kick out of that.
