Fact of the Day: Bees Should Be Proud

If kept pure and in proper storage, honey can last for a very long time, even centuries. Though they can lose some coloring and flavor with time.

  1. I had some old honey that practically turned to a rock after about a year (and it was kept in a sealed jar). I wonder if there was any salvaging it. I had just assumed it went bad and threw it away.

    1. Honey never goes bad. Unless you puke in it. You should've put the jar in some warm water, is all. :)
