Fact of the Day: Mormon Flip-Flop

Christian evangelist Billy Graham has met with almost every president since the mid-20th century, but that has never stopped him from being political. He endorsed Mitt Romney (who was Mormon) in the 2012 Presidential Election. After choosing Romney, his organization took Mormonism off their list of "cults".

  8. Although I'm not a Billy Graham fan, I can't help but wonder how he feels about his lifetime of praying only to have the world be a less spiritual place than when he started preaching 50 years ago,

  10. I was raised Mormon but stopped going to church when I went to Primary school one day in pants when it was raining and they wouldn't let me inside. I sat outside in the rain for about an hour until everyone was ready to get back in the bus and drop us off at home.

    1. I have met many Mormons and they are very nice people. It is not the people, though, that is the issue so much as the practices they follow.
