I'm more of a night-owl personality, so that doesn't make getting enough sleep easy for me. I remember many nights of only getting maybe five to six hours of sleep and I planned it that way. Now I try to get at least seven hours of sleep, but hopefully more than eight. Especially when I have to wake up very early in the morning. I love the night before my day off, because I know I will get out of bed when I want to, not because the alarm clock went off.
