Episcopal Church Embraces Marriage Equality

After the Supreme Court's historic ruling for marriage equality, many Christians have been upset with their Bible quotes ready. I was glad to see that the Episcopal Church approve to perform marriage for couples of the same gender inside their churches. Bishops aren't required if they don't want to, but the option is there. I remember hearing about a Methodist minister who lost his role in his church because he was the pastor to his son's wedding where his son got married to another man.

  1. Looking forward to the day when it won't even matter anymore and everyone can just be free, to do what they want.

  2. I agree with The Happy Whisk. Why is it even "breaking news" when someone comes out as LGBT anymore? Who cares? We should all be free to live our lives how we want, as long as it's not physically hurting anyone else!

  5. The Bible is very confusing and contradictory when it comes to marriage. Good for the Episcopalians.
