While what we eat for breakfast varies on the person, skipping the meal on a constant basis is a common thing for a lot of people. I used to be very guilty of it, especially if I had to wake up early. Now I never miss it if it's a work-day, though on my free-days I might miss it if I sleep too late. Though I end up eating two "lunches" and a dinner somewhere in the day.
