Fact of the Day: Princess Victoria

Queen Victoria's eldest child was not the future Edward VII, but Princess Victoria. Despite having a ruling female monarch, rights to the throne were still in favor of the male children first. Princess Victoria later married German Emperor Frederick III and became his Empress.

    1. They are EXACTLY the same in position.
Old Queen Victoria was Empress of the British Empire as well as called
Queen Victoria. In Europe - Empress is used mostly.
