Clarence Thomas Goes Ten Years Without Asking One Question

With Antonin Scalia dead, Clarence Thomas is somewhat arguably the most conservative judge on the Supreme Court. Appointed by George H.W. Bush in 1991, Thomas has been on the court a long time. However he just recently went ten years without asking a single question during arguments before the court. The Supreme Court goes through many case some of which are immune to modern politics, but I'm not surprised he sits there silently. I wouldn't doubt he's a man who's made up his mind on the case before hearing all the facts.

  1. Interesting CV / Profile and early life!!!!
Savannah, Georgia - even more interesting and a
once young Catholic seminarian!! The plot thickens!!
The latter I would ignore - our former PM - one Tony
Abbott was also a seminarian and he was the most arrogant
and unliked of persons known - he was "Coup d'Etated" by the Present far more friendly and likeable PM - Malcolm Turnbull.
Unfortunately "Mad Monk" Abbott refuses to resign from parliament and sits "plotting" a deluded comeback.
Lazarus may have risen - Mad Monk Abbott will not.

I doubt if Justice C. Thomas could have laryngitis for 10 years???
Maybe he should see a doctor???

Ah - some people in HIGH PLACES - pity they can't fall off perches.

  2. Thomas is arguably the least impressive Supreme Court justice in my lifetime.

  3. I've disliked him ever since he was confirmed even after learning what he was really like from Anita Hill.
