Fact of the Day: No Dinosaurs in Florida

While there are many notable things you can do in Florida, you cannot collect fossils of dinosaurs there because they don't exist. Florida was actually under-water for the entirety of the existence of dinosaurs.

  5. But weren't there sea dinosaurs? I've seen pictures of some nasty looking creatures in the ocean during the age of dinosaurs.
