I for one am very skeptical when I hear about a person and their new diet plan. I think the one that I remember the most is the Atkins diet along with several other ones that have more-or-less become fads. People are so darn fickle too, the fat and lazy try these diet plans as an easy answer and eventually give up. I personally believe the only true diet plan to lose weight is to eat less and exercise more.
