Fact of the Day: Ancient Beekeeping

Humans keeping bees for their honey goes back about ten thousand years and it didn't take too long to spread across the world. However it took until the 18th century when Europeans figured out how to make a movable comb so that honey could be harvested without killing the colony.

  5. There are still m any that has bees. Just take care of them in a different fashion now. In fact, I just bought a jar of pure honey last weekend. Not sold in stores, has it at his home. So good!
