Photos: NC State Zoo and Sea Life Fridge Magnets

I started a new hobby back when I went on vacation in Atlanta of collecting magnets of places I've been to. So I added The North Carolina State Zoo and Sea Life Aquarium to the collection. Most places have various magnets, I just had to get a polar bear one (this one having styrofoam snow) and Sea Life had this one with a clownfish on top of gel-water.
Now it joins Zoo Atlanta and World of Coca-Cola on the fridge.

  2. Very handy to stick messages on fridges with.
It is a good hobby when travelling as mementos
    of where you have been.

  4. That is a nice collection to have, readily available and not expensive and doesn't take up a lot of room.

  6. That's what we do at my workplace! Every time someone goes on vacation, they must bring back a magnet from wherever they went (the tackier and uglier, the better, too). Plus chocolate from that part of the world! We've been doing that for 17 years now and hoo boy, do we have a big and fun collection now! Most of the magnets get put on filing cabinets although the most recent bunch go on the office fridge.

  7. We tend to pick up magnets wherever we visit but especially a zoo or aquarium. I love yours.

  8. They all look cute, I have collection of magnets and stickers on the fridge too, but they are always gifts, I never actually buy them.

  9. May your fridge be filled with interesting magnets, Adam and Daisy! My dentist (and his patients) collects toothpaste from around the world and hangs them on a huge world map in his dental office bathroom. The maps cracks me up.

  10. Very nice magnets. I also collect magnets of all the places we travel to. I am running out of room on the side of my fridge. I hope you are able to fill yours to the max some day too!
