Question: What's Your First Thought in the Morning?

My sleep cycle is pretty much the same. I usually have no issues going to sleep and staying asleep. Waking up is the hardest part for me. However, when I wake up I don't think about the next thing in my day. My first thought is usually why did I have to wake up at that moment?

What do you think first when you wake up?

  1. Usually I start thinking about what I need to do during the day and then I can't go back to sleep!

  2. My first though is if I can press the snooze button one more time if I cut out something like eating breakfast, or get ready a bit faster.

  5. I think my first thought after waking up is how am I going to feel when I get out of the bed. I never know when I will stand up with the dizziness of virtigo. Next thought is the weather.

  8. I don't have any trouble falling asleep, but don't stay asleep but 3 or 4 . I start thinking about gardening, losing weight, cleaning house...anything and everything!

  10. It varies. Some mornings I wake up singing some random song. I have no idea where they come from. When I was suffering serious depression, my first thought was, "Shit. I didn't die in my sleep." I can't even think of what my first thought was THIS morning.
