Fact of the Day: Caffeine Energy

Besides sugar, the main source of "energy" in energy drinks is caffeine. While it varies by the maker (and variation of such drink), most usually have at least twice as much caffeine as a can of Coca-Cola does.

  4. I've never had an energy drink. I get my caffeine the old fashioned way from coffee and tea.

  5. I've never been one to drink those energy drinks. I had a couple when someone bought one and wanted me to try it but they taste awful.
