Fact of the Day: Vietnamese Indian Pepper

Black pepper is native to South India, however today Vietnam is by far the largest producer and exporter of it.

  1. When I was a kid, I didn't use pepper very much, but now it's in excess in almost every dish.(lol) Didn't know this fact, though! Hugs and Happy Friday! RO

    Pepper is considered as "black gold" because of its high economic efficiency, but throughout the past, pepper prices continue to "slope”. This situation puts the pepper industry facing many difficulties as well as the need to recalculate the "problem" of development to be more sustainable in the future...!
