A Look Into History: Ito Hirobumi

Hirobumi was a former samurai and later the 1st Prime Minister of Japan.

During his tenure he saw mostly a bunch of drama concerning Japan vs the rest of Asia. Such as the First Sino-Japanese War.

He traveled to Europe and copied most of their legal systems. Leaving a blueprint for Japan to become more modern.

He also became Resident-General of Korea after it's annexation by the Japanese Empire.

However shortly after Japan signed the Eulsa Treaty with Korea, he was shot by An Jung-geun. Six shots were fired, 3 of them hitting him in the chest. He died shortly afterwards.
