Zack and Wiki was a very overlooked title for Wii. So overlooked that even I didn't pay much attention to it before it flopped commercially. I don't even remember where I bought the game, but I know it was cheap.
The game stars a young lad named Zack who wants to be a big bad pirate. He also has a cute monkey named Wiki. Oh and some other friends as well, but they're not important.
The game is basically a point-and-click puzzle game. The controls seem like they're made for PC not the Wii. It's a bit strange, I'm guessing Capcom had a PC port planned incase this game sold well enough.
The game is actually very good even though it's hard to tell from screen-shots alone. The game is charming with cute characters and funny story. The puzzles range from simple tricks to complex riddles. And the quest is pretty meaty with lots of fun to be had. It's a real shame we'll never see a sequel. Especially with the plot twist at the end.
