In Japan, Christmas has been popular since the 1960s. Even though it's celebrating by all faiths, however they perceive Christmas as a bit more of a romantic holiday in comparison to America. They like lights, and Christmas parties, but gifts are sometimes only given between couples.Obviously this varies greatly from person to person.
