When Daisy saw this white teddy bear for sale, she convinced me to buy it for her early. It was like the one I got her last year, except white with different words on the heart. So we got in the car, and headed over the east side of the town so she could visit some of her favorite stores.
Daisy had some coupons for Chick-Fil A so we went there for lunch. I was starving by the time we got there, so we had a pretty good meal.
Daisy wanted to go to Office Depot to check out their furniture. I went to check out their variety of electronic goodies, and to see keyboards. I need a new one.
Then we walked over to the pet store.
Daisy wanted me to buy her this clownfish since she loves Finding Nemo.
These bearded dragons were pretty neat.
So were the tortoises.
They also had some white mice.
They're fast little creatures.
Oh and the for the first time in a long time, we actually saw them have kitty cats.
I also enjoyed seeing the birds.
I would like to own a bird.
Though on 2nd thought, I'd rather not. I would hate to keep them caged up, but also loathe them flying free in the house.
These gerbils were huge.
Also found these cute ferrets.
After that we went to Walgreens to check out some Valentines stuff. I got Daisy a few things.
We then headed down to a store called Tuesday Morning which sells a lot of stuff at bargain prices or premium prices depending on what the item is. Daisy liked their stuffed animals.
The reason we went there is because next door is a little grocery store called The Fresh Market. Daisy wanted to try the sushi they made, and she bought me some Valentine's Day candy.
So in a nutshell, this is what Daisy got for her romantic holiday of the year. She loves teddy bears, husky dogs, and Snoopy.
I decided to go easy on her, and said I'd settle for some candy for my gift. Valentine's Day gummy bears. They were good but had a very uneven balance of red and white bears.
