Fact of the Day: Not Impressed By the Moon

Wolves are commonly believed to howl at the moon. However this is not true, as wolves are more active during the nighttime and it isn't uncommon for them to howl as a means of communication. The moon doesn't really make a difference to them.

  2. Good fact. I figured it was more of a communication thing than trying to talk to the moon... I mean, why would an animal try to talk to an inanimate object in the sky?
