Togepi is a pokemon from the 2nd generation of games, and was also a big hint about Gold and Silver's new egg hatching feature. I always thought Togepi was a pretty cute pokemon, and you got to respect a pokemon with a eggshell for pants.
I also liked Misty's Togepi in the pokemon anime. It was a decent side-kick.

I used to think that Togepi was just a baby Clefairy.
My kids loved pokemon and I love Togepi:)
