Fact of the Day: Bastille Day

On July 14th, France celebrates it's own "independence day" of sorts. The celebration is met with fireworks and typical parties and events. It marks the end of the French Revolution and the storming of Bastille which was an old fortress. In France it's known as La FĂȘte Nationale which means "the national celebration".

  4. French Revolution: the gnarliest shit I studied in school. Started blurring the line between history and zany cartoon super villain-y antics. Gotta love it.

Their national anthem is pretty rad also. Tough.
