Universal Studios Theme Parks Adventure was one of the Nintendo Gamecube's first titles. I can't imagine how many idiots bought this instead of something like Super Smash Bros. Melee.
I guess Kemco was hoping that one of Universal Studio's franchises was enough to tempt gamers to get the game. Those who sought to re-live their favorite movies, were instead given a quest to do mini-games in a theme park.
Granted it does offer scenes from classic films such as Jaws or Back to the Future. It also gave out some trivia tests based on their movies as well.
But critics almost universally panned the game, citing bad graphics (and this was early Gamecube) and boring mini-games. Just remember kids, you can't go 88 mph to reverse that game purchase for your shiny new console.
