 Beans are  (Mame)
Carrots are ニンジン (Ninjin)
 Basil is バジル (Bajiru)
 Aspragus is アスパラガス (Asuparagasu)
 Cauliflower is カリフラワー (Karifurawa)
Broccoli is ブロッコリー (Burokkori)

Okay, I'll admit, this made me laugh a little, because when I see something like "Burokkori," I think of the very racist version of how a Japanese person would try to say this in English. And now it all makes sense.
