 Herring is ニシン (Nishin)
 Goldfish is 金魚 (Kingyo)
 Jellyfish is クラゲ (Kurage)
Halibut is オヒョウ (Ohyo)
Lobster is ロブスター (Robusuta)

Herring sushi is great! and some lobster. maybe next time I go out for sushi I will try these words while ordering.

Hi Adam, It's my first time here...what a terrific site! I have to say my favorite is the Kurage. The way they float about in an amoeba-like fashion. Just a random thought.
