Fact of the Day: Land of the Dodo

The famous extinct dodo bird's only home was the island nation of Mauritius in the Indian Ocean.

That's a really nice picture.
The tip of the nose seems to have a thickness to it.I wonder what it ate?

I've often thought that Dodo Park would be much more fun and less deadly than Jurrasic Park. Just a thought for would-be scientists out there looking to make a buck off species resurrections...
