Fact of the Day: Presidential Lady

Frances Perkins was the first woman ever appointed to a President's cabinet  She served as FDR's Secretary of Labor from 1933-1945.

Strangely enough, right around when tension was starting up before WW2 and she was done after WW2.

There has been Presidents of India, UK, Argentina, Germany, etc etc, it wont be long before the president of USA.

well Clinton has declined to run, and I don't see any front-runners from either side who might get it in 2016. I would like to see Gabby Giffords attempt to run in 2016.

well cabinet members rarely stay after a president leaves/dies. She was there during the entire time before FDR died.
