The old chair in the living room broke not too long ago, which prompted me to look for a replacement. The problem with my living room is that there's not much space. When the Christmas Tree comes down, something is sacrificed. When I saw the Ottoman Gaming Chair at Target, I was committed to getting one when I realized that the flip-down style could save a lot of room when needed.
But be warned, the chair does require some assembly. I was hoping it would be already put together, but nevertheless you get to do some work. Great...
But thankfully all you need is here in one package. It was the first time I ever used an allen wrench too.
Besides reading some directions wrong, the thing itself is not terribly hard to put together. Except the back of the chair. I had a good bit of rage and frustration during that part. It also comes with some audio cables incase you want to use the sound speakers built in. But they're not exactly HDTV friendly so I never used them.
But I've been using it for roughly a month now, and I have to say I quite like it. I feel the small, but cozy chair keeps me alert during movies and video game sessions. The cushion could be better but a small pillow or old blanket can fix that if it's not enough.
