Fact of the Day: Darwin and Wallace

While Charles Darwin is synonymous with evolution, another man independently co-founded the theory of evolution through natural selection. His name was Alfred Russel Wallace, who was also a British naturalist like Darwin. When On The Origin of Species was published, Wallace was one of Darwin's biggest defenders.

It's a shame Wallace didn't get as much recognition for his work as he deserved!

Both of them had so much going for evolution, why don't people listen to them?
