Fact of the Day: Small Car

The first known car in history was made by Ferdinand Verbiest for the Emperor of China in 1672. Except this "car" ran on steam, and was far too small to carry a driver as it was only about 2 feet long.

And I thought the Festiva I used to drive was small. It's about 5 feet long (maybe 7, but it was tiny).

Your trivia snippets are always fun and interesting.

That would be a little small for carrying someone; but interesting that the first concept of one was way back when.
