My Easter 2013

Since I currently have no children, Easter isn't exactly the most thrilling holiday. But we try to do something to make it feel like a holiday. I gave my fiancee Daisy a stuffed-animal bunny like I do every year, and some candy.
And she had fun making the cookies I got for her.
And since it's been years since I colored Easter eggs we tested out how to make them again. Daisy did most of the work.
Despite the pretty colored water, the eggs didn't mix too well with the dye. The box said to use vinegar for a more vibrant look, but we were out.
But I guess they came out okay. We'll probably help set up an Easter egg hunt when my niece gets old enough to do so. So practice makes perfect.

  3. Looks like you had a great time! Kids add a certain type of magic to holidays, but even without them, you can still have a lot of fun. Just bring out your inner child and enjoy!
