Fact of the Day: Butterflies and Moths

While Butterflies and Moths are similar creatures, their biggest difference is what time of the day they're most active. Butterflies are (usually) active during the day, while moths (with some exceptions) are mostly nocturnal creatures.

  1. I believe the butterfly and moth also have different kinds of antennae. The moth's are like feathers while the butterfly's is more club like or something like that.

  7. Moths love to hover on my porch at night - attracted to the light. You can't open the door without 20 of them coming inside lol.

  11. Wolę kolorowe motyle tym bardziej, że fruwają w dzień i cieszą oczy. Pozdrawiam.
I prefer the more colorful butterflies that fly around during the day and enjoy the eyes. Yours.
