Fact of the Day: October Eight

October get its name from the Latin word "octo" which means "eight". In the old Roman calendar, October was the eighth month of the year.

Yes, "octo" is "ocho" in Spanish. They are very similar and this is why I understood October was the eighth month of the roman calender. Kisses:)
