Fact of the Day: Acadia

While Maine is a U.S. state, the land was once ruled by the French. Along with parts of modern day Canada, it was a colony of New France called Acadia.

Great fact, Adam. I went to Maine (Old Orchard Beach) with my cousin, aunt and mother when I was 9 years old.
