Fact of the Day: Kentucky Ford

While the capital of Kentucky, Frankfort's name origin isn't certain most reference it to a place in the 1780s. A crossing was named in honor of a man called Stephen Frank, and it was called Frank's Ford. The name was apparently mistakenly called Frankfort later on.
