Fact of the Day: President Delaware

While Joshua Clayton was the tenth person to be Governor of Delaware, he was the first person to be called Governor. Before then, the office was known as the President of Delaware. Ironically as of 2013, no President of the United States has been from Delaware.

I'm sure Joe Biden, from Delaware, would like to change that.

even though it has been his dream for decades, I don't see him getting the nomination in 2016. Even if Hillary declines to run.

Nope, not a chance Biden gets it. It's more than likely Hillary's if she chooses to run.

Was Joshua the second smallest governor (after that little pipsqueak from Rhode Island)?
