Fact of the Day: Basenji Dog

While it can make sounds, the larynx of a basenji dog is so unusually shaped that they can not bark like a normal dog can. With many calling the breed the "barkless" dog.

I wish my neighbors had this kind of dog.
They let their dog out before the sun is up and the damn thing barks for an hour straight before anyone lets it back in.

I wonder what they sound like if they can't bark.
