Fact of the Day: The Three Bears

While the fable of Goldilocks visiting the three bears' house is commonly referred to as Goldilocks and the Three Bears; the story's true title is The Story of the Three Bears. As Goldilocks was never in the original story. Instead the unwanted visitor the bears' home was an elderly woman or in some variations a fox.

Those bears don't look too friendly. Good think Goldi Locks wasn't in the original. They would have surely gobbled her up.
