My Fish Yuki Passed Away This Morning

This morning I went to feed my betta fish and I found her in the betta-log lifeless. She was my first real fish and while I'm not too upset (nothing like losing a family dog) I hated seeing her like that. What's even worse is that I think this is because of yesterday. My mom had the bright idea to tap her on the head, and her behavior for the rest of the day was bizarre.

RIP Yuki.:( Unfortunately, most bettas don't really have a long lifespan.

It's very difficult to keep bettas alive. I buried a few before giving up on them.

I had one of those once and it was so pretty and colorful. After awhile, it died as well. I never replaced it.

Sorry to read your lost your fish. I have many goldfish and I hate to see one of them go to fish heaven.
