Last Sunday at our Unitarian Universalist church they had a big arbor with flowers in something they called a flower communion. They asked everyone to bring a flower to decorate the arbor, and at the end everyone was suppose to take a flower they didn't bring. It was used to symbolize the church's diversity in theological perspectives. Daisy picked a carnation (I think), and she was quite happy about it.

Good being Daisy.
Looks great!
Pretty!
A beautiful flower for a beautiful young lady.
beautiful carnation, it lasts a long time compared to other flowers.
that's a lovely idea! i like the theory behind it. did you choose a flower adam?
I did, but I'm not much of a flower person. I just gave it to Daisy afterwards.
A nice way to show diversity indeed
That is such a lovely idea. And Daisy's choice was great. I love carnations.

That's so sweet! I bet she loved getting an extra flower from you. And I like her choice. Carnations are a lovely flower!
Daisy has good taste. I agree that's a carnation. I like the concept of a religion that is respectful of everyone's beliefs.
