Fact of the Day: Vitamin Pepper

While oranges are well known for having a lot of Vitamin C, there's actually more Vitamin C in peppers. While it varies, most of them have way more than oranges. From bell peppers to the more hot peppers like habaneros.

I feel embarrassed that with the sheer amount of cooking I do (INVOLVING PEPPERS NONE THE LESS) that I didn't know that.

it is true, we usually think lemon is the main source of vitamin C but actually many other veggies and fruits have it more
