Fact of the Day: Khan Arrow

While much is known about the life of Genghis Khan, his death is a bit of a mystery. Many stories say he fell from his horse after a hunting trip. Marco Polo heard that it was an enemy's arrow that caused his demise.

Was that before or after Marco's famous swim?

My husband jokes that he think I was Genghis Khan in a past life. Does that mean he thinks I'm mean and scary? lol

There was a Genghis Khan exhibit at the state museum when I worked for the Tennessee Arts Commission--they gave us free promotional items. I had a Genghis Khan notepad for a while, I think? I just remember Genghis Khan stuff everywhere!
