Leonard Nimoy Passes Away at 83

Leonard Nimoy who was best known for his portrayal Mr. Spock on the original Star Trek has passed away at 83. While I was too young for the original Star Trek, I've always respected him as an actor and I enjoyed seeing his cameos in the new Star Trek movies.  May he rest in peace.

I really enjoyed his Spock character. From what I've heard Mr. Nimoy was a really wonderful person. He was active and friends with the local theater folks here in Minneapolis/St. Paul. His last tweets were very poignant and touching.
