My Favorite Photos: Unity Candle

This is me and Daisy performing the unity candle ceremony at our wedding. I actually had never heard of the tradition until very recently. Though it is a nice symbol of our love.

Ahhh... my daughter had that unity candle too. It really is a lovely tradition. I'm loving your wedding photos, Adam.

I've seen this ritual done at weddings -- it is very lovely and fitting for a couple pledging their wedding vows!

I like the idea of a unity candle. I don't remember that being part of weddings when I got married.

I've only seen it in movies. Good thing you didn't set yourself on fire like a lot of grooms tend to do (at least on America's Funniest Home Videos) ;)
