Fact of the Day: Robert the Bruce

During the reign of Robert I of Scotland (more commonly known as Robert the Bruce), the monarch had led his country during the First War of Scottish Independence. His leadership drove the English out of Scotland and regained Scotland's role as an independent country.

Unfortunately, Scottish independence didn't last.

I think the Scots might need another person of the calibre of Robert.
Their last attempt just recently to cut the Westminster link failed,
but their new members of Westminster at the expense of the Labour
Party are making waves!
