The doomed Titanic ship gets its name from the Titans of Greek myth. They were a race of gods who were overthrown by the Olympians led by Zeus.

Adam
You certainly have a fascination with the Titanic.
You're not considering an attempt at bringing it up???
I don't think you can by law anyhow - it is considered a
grave now under maritine laws.

The Titanic pops up often here, but it's sinking was a tragic yet fascinating incident.

I am fascinated by the Titanic disaster, especially as many who drowned were buried in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I usually found a way to share it with my kiddos in third grade.
