Question: Do You Skip Breakfast?

While what we eat for breakfast varies on the person, skipping the meal on a constant basis is a common thing for a lot of people. I used to be very guilty of it, especially if I had to wake up early. Now I never miss it if it's a work-day, though on my free-days I might miss it if I sleep too late. Though I end up eating two "lunches" and a dinner somewhere in the day.

Do you usually eat breakfast?

What a coincidence! Exactly what I am blogging about today. Drooling over what's on your plate though - the ham and sausages...and the prefect eggs with the runny yolk. Slurpssss!!!!

P.S.
Hello from Sarawak, Malaysia! Hopped over from Irvine's blog.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day
according to the medical fraternity.
Unfortunately unless I am holidaying and breakfast is
part of the package - I skip it - just coffee!!!
But I can certainly indulge when on holidays!!! ha ha.

it's not my plate, it's a picture of a breakfast from Ireland. It was in the public domain

In my younger years I was guilty of missing breakfast but now I never miss it. I don't like eating as soon as I get up, though; I wait for about an hour or so.

I'm actually one of those people that always has to eat breakfast. I can skip other meals, but not this. I insist the kiddos do the same! :)

I try not to skip breakfast, because I think it is the most important meal of the day. On days that I am not working I will skip lunch, though. :)

it's the worst thing you can do.. it's the most important meal of the day... you should have a hearty breaky, light lunch and an even lighter dinner

I'm diabetic so I always eat something for breakfast, otherwise my blog sugar gets too low.

Usually just a bowl of cereal. Nothing heavy.
