Fact of the Day: Spider Spin
The word spider is derived from the Old English spinnan which is realted to the modern word spin.
Interesting - here in Australia we have deadly spiders so spider catching is very dangerous. Some species can kill within 1/2 hour. So if any reader comes here - avoid spiders just like sharks, feral pigs, feral water buffaloes, crocodiles and our lovely venomous snakes! B J Hunnicut aka Colin
I kinda like spiders. When I find one in my apartment, I take him outside.
